High temperature vacuum impregnation machine

This machine is designed for removing internal bubble phenomenon occurred from formation progress after vacuum impregnating work on ceramic product with Pitch impregnated liquid.

Pitch impregnated liquid itself becomes liquid at a softening point of 100℃~120℃, thus built in heat carrier Oil & System in the machine automatically operate temperature control. The machine itself is operated in high temperature, so it was designed by handling with thermos jacket and air cooling system. The machine has high temperature, therefore the door is operated through special cylinder, which enables to open up and close down the door. Also, by using the LM guide, front and rear movement is possible.

The machine operation can be used as semiautomatic and manual by Touch Screen System.
