MECHANICAL CONVECTION DRY SYSTEM


1. Overview

2. Characteristics

  1. 1. High-precision temperature controller
    A digital temperature controller sends out signals to the current output type temperature controller, where current is controlled to generate within the 5% range set point, so that temperature is perfectly controlled (less than 1¡ÆC deviation)
  2. Maintenance of uniform temperature induced by fans and air volume controllers
    The temperature of the interior is kept uniform by sending the air heated from the heater to multiple staged air volume controllers.
  3. SCR non-contact controlled hot air circulation is used to prevent faulty relay contact accidents. The equipment has also been designed for drying electronic components and transformers after varnish dipping.

    Unit is made out of stainless steel nets to distribute heat evenly, rack can also be installed.

    Thermal resistance silicon packing have been attached to prevent the production of toxic gases and for better heat preservation & isolation

    Anti-vibration rubber has been attached to the rotary fan motor to increase operation efficiency.

2. Characteristics

  1. 1. The set temperature is accurately displayed by controlling temperature using a digital P.I.D. controller.
  2. Temperature equalization of inside the chamber has been designed with high precision following a thermodynamic examination of hot air flow in relation to chamber structure and fans.
  3. Safety devices: Independent overheating protection circuit and ,overcurrent circuit breaker etc. is used to ensure product stability.
  4. Alarm: an emergency alarm sounds in response to a sensor abnormality, heater isolation warning, faulty settings and other issues.
